Thank you for shopping at Arts & Artisan. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Return Window

We accept returns on items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fees

Because our scarf frames are made-to-order, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund total for all change-of-mind returns.

Damages and Defective Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@artsartisan.com with photos of the issue and your order number. For verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will arrange a replacement or solution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
