Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Arts & Artisan. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because our frames are oversized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once the package has been opened. Unopened packages can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items to our Los Angeles-area warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund total for all change-of-mind returns.

Damages and Defective Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@artsartisan.com with your order number, photos of the damaged part, and photos of the outer box. For verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will send a free replacement of the damaged part at no additional cost to you. There is no need to send the damaged frame back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
