Shipping policy
- Order Processing:
Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
- Shipping to Condos/Apartments:
If your delivery address is a condo or apartment, please ensure that your name is listed on the building directory and that a buzz code is provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to missing or incorrect directory information. Any associated costs or consequences will be the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping Cost:
The shipping cost is determined by the volume and type of items in your order as well as your location. You can view the total shipping cost at checkout.
Please note: Local taxes and/or import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are the customer's responsibility and may be assessed upon delivery.
- Shipping Areas & Estimated Transit Times
We currently ship to most areas within the continental United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia using tracked shipping services.
