I can not say enough good things about this shop. I ordered a frame for my daughter's room to display an Hermes scarf. The frame was packed really well and communication was great regarding shipping time. It arrived while I was away on vacation and when I got back and opened it up, I realized that it was the wrong color. It was my fault-- as I did't specify what color gold I preferred. I contacted Emily and she was so accommodating! She sent a new frame out immediately. I will post a pic when I receive it. I will definitely shop here again! Do not hesitate to order a frame here!

Super easy to put together. Frame looks like it was professionally done. The magnets are genius. It did take me a little while cause I'm a perfectionist to get my scarf centered just right but the magnets make it easy to play around with

First had given a poor review because the corners of the frame didn't connect, only to discover that you can tighten this as part of putting the frame together - user error on my part. Good communication from the seller - hope that it all looks good when I find the time to put it together!
