Each frame is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your package is damaged, please submit a claim with photos within 7 days for a free replacement.

Great for the Hermes 90cm scarf. The gold frame looks warmer than the image but the price for an oversized frame like this is great. Customer service is also very helpful. Frame edges are really sharp so watch out when you install.

The frame is beautiful quality and displays my scarf so nicely. The customer service from Emily was also amazing. She was prompt at answering questions and even sent another paper insert free of charge when the original one didn't perfectly fit the scarf dimensions.
