She was prompt at answering questions and even sent another paper insert free of charge when the original one didn't perfectly fit the scarf dimensions. The frame fit my Hermes scarf perfectly. I was a little nervous about how fragile the frame felt when you take it apart to lay the scarf on the mat. You just have to take your time and be careful reassembling it. The 3M magnetic strips are genius. I don’t have to worry about my scar being damaged
